I have always said that you should NEVER take Job Search Advice from someone who has never hired anyone!

Things have changed. Human Resources is different than it used to be.

There is a lot of Job Search Advice out there, some is good but most is dangerous!  The great majority of advice out there is designed for new graduates and people who are 25-35 and in the beginning and middle of their careers.  Advice geared toward them does not help you.  This is not a one size fits all situation.

If you have lot’s of education and over 20 years of work experience, you have unique challenges and common advice doesn’t apply to you. The truth is, it could be the reason you can’t get hired!

Tim is known for being painfully honest and brave enough to talk about the “hard” topics, so you’ll get the straight goods about your job search!
